It has a slightly longer back end to add stability at speed, coupled with all sealed bearings, and full chromoly tubing. It is equipped with parts ridden by tall order's professional riders, including the 2.30" wall ride tyre, the aftermarket logo sprocket and catch grips. Its also features chrome handle bars, 3 piece cranks and comes fitted with a high-tech gyro system that allows the handlebars to spin without tangling the brake cable. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When can I collect my order?
For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.
For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!
If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.
How will I know when my order is ready?
For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.
What do I need to collect my order?
Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.
We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.
Can Someone Else Collect My Order?
Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
