Style Exploring on two wheels just got a whole lot more fun. The Nature Pro Allroad's lightweight comfortable frame and Suntour suspension fork are just the start. With its full complement of practical accessories - including luggage rack mudguards lighting set and kickstand - it's got everything you need. We fitted easy-to-use Shimano Cues 2x10 gears and powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes to help keep you safe in any weather. With easy-rolling comfortable Schwalbe tyres rounding off the package the only thing missing is you.

The heart of a great bicycle is a great frame. For the Nature Allroad we began with double-butted aluminium tubes - which save weight without affecting strength - and used Smooth Welding at the main tube joints for an elegant finish. The result is a light lively and comfortable frame that easily passes our stringent in-house safety tests. There's plenty of clearance for wide tyres and we added a full set of accessories - including lighting set mudguards luggage carrier and kickstand - so you're all set for any ride.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
