Style The Supreme Hybrid Comfort ONE 500 is the Bosch-powered e-bike that you never knew you needed but will wonder how you ever managed without. From its elegant Easy Entry frame with semi-integrated luggage carrier to its carefully chosen components it's designed so you can just get on and go. The Bosch Active Plus drive unit with smart system and 500Wh battery works seamlessly with Shimano's reliable easy-to-use 8-speed hub gears to make light work of any journey. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and Continental Contact Urban tyres help keep you safe in any weather. And we've included an integrated rear light kickstand and an adjustable stem too. It's got your name all over it.

Simple elegant safe and practical: those are the qualities embodied by the Supreme Hybrid's frame. The PowerTube design incorporates the Bosch 500Wh battery inside the frame for sleek looks whilst the Bosch Active Plus drive is housed so neatly you'll barely notice it's there. The Easy Entry design does exactly what it says making access simple- and there's a wide range of sizes from 42 to 58cm to make it simple for anyone to find their perfect fit. We used a tapered head tube because it's strong safe and improves steering accuracy for easy intuitive handling. There's a semi-integrated luggage carrier and the frame is specifically designed for low-maintenance hub gears. But it's not all about practicality - we also used our Smooth Welding technique for an organic elegant appearance that you'll love.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
