Fitted with a silent Bosch motor to add serious power to your pedalling, the Centros will take you further and faster than you ever thought possible. Whether you are a casual trail rider or a cross-country bikepacker, this sporty set of wheels is built for some serious adventures with a battery that can take you up to 130 miles on a single charge. Next stop: everywhere.
Along with all the fixings of a quality electric bike, the Centros comes equipped with full mudguards, powerful disc brakes, a pannier rack and a hub gear system. Basically, everything you need to get off the beaten track. Thanks to a built-in modular rail system, it is also really easy to click-in accessories which is great for things like water bottles and extra batteries. 130 miles not enough range for you Do not even sweat it. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
