Style What every rider wants from their bike is reliable fun - and that's how we approached the Reaction Hybrid Pro . We fitted an easily adjustable air suspension fork with 120mm of travel (100mm for small frame sizes and for all Easy Entry models) because it adds comfort and control. We swapped the standard seatpost for a remote dropper post because you'd be amazed how much more confidence that buys on bumpier trails. Shimano's XT 1x12 gears offer a huge range and unrivalled reliability while Schwalbe's grippy 2.6in tyres and strong progressive Shimano hydraulic disc brakes ensure you can stop on a dime. And with a battery and the smooth quiet assistance of Bosch's CX drive you've got all the assistance you need to tackle even the most challenging of routes. Over to you...

We specialise in really neat frame design and the Reaction Hybrid is no exception. With the PowerTube battery neatly concealed and the Bosch CX drive housed securely its svelte lines disguise lots of clever features. It's PowerMore-ready making it easy to add up to 250 Wh of extra battery capacity. The integrated seat clamp and cable routing complement the clean aesthetic whilst a UDH gear hanger makes it as future-proof as possible. There's a built-in chainguide mount too and it's also ready to accept ACID mudguards. And with Size Split it's easy to find the perfect fit for every rider. We've thought of everything so you can just ride.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
