Its powerful smart system Bosch Performance motor and 11-speed Shimano Cues gears are capable of whisking you from A to B with the minimum of fuss. There's a set of smooth strong hydraulic disc brakes to ensure you can stop safely in any weather. Practical accessories like the sturdy IC 3.0 carrier system mudguards and kickstand mean you've everything you need for work or play. Efficient Comfort Geometry and an air sprung suspension fork help make every journey a pleasure. And because we designed a wide range of sizes and a choice of frame styles there's bound to be one that'll suit you perfectly.

The Touring Hybrid trapeze frame's elegantly familiar looks disguise the powerful Bosch Performance motor with smart system and 625Wh PowerTube battery all of which is neatly integrated into the frame. Speaking of which the IC 3.0 Integrated Carrier is a masterpiece of clever design offering an immensely sturdy and highly adaptable platform for carrying whatever you need with you. We fitted mudguards a kickstand and lights too so you're all set. And with Efficient Comfort Geometry designed around a 63mm suspension fork you can be assured of a comfortable ride for miles of smiles.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 to 5 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. All bikes go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you've ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address.

We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact your chosen collection store in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
